Right to Education is one of the focus area of NAMM. We looks at it from the holistic child rights per-view which includes right to development, protection and participation. We believe that every child has a right to receive quality education and for that Teachers, Communities and Government System has to play a major role. The following are the key intervention areas of NAMM under the Education thematic.

• Facilitating enrolment and retention of all children in the schools, especially at the elementary level.
• Promotion of mother tongue based multi lingual education.
• Capacity building of teachers with a focus on developing skills for quality teaching and improving school environment.
• Developing and providing Teaching Learning Materials in schools.
• Capacity Building of the School Management Committees.
• Promoting innovation and participation among the children.
